代谢综合征患者血浆瘦素水平与胰岛素抵抗的变化

目的：探讨代谢综合征（MS）患者血浆瘦素（Leptin）水平变化及与胰岛素抵抗（IR）的关系。方法：筛选MS患者62例，年龄、性别相匹配的健康成年人58例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测血浆Leptin水平，用HOMA-IR评估IR程度。结果：对照组与MS组的血浆Leptin水平分别为（135.63±82.49）ng/ml与（193.75±92.61）ng/ml，与对照组比较，MS组的血浆Leptin水平显著升高（P〈0.05）；MS组的稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）显著高于对照组[（2.88±1.15）与（1.69±0.88）]；在MS组，与Leptin相关的指标有体重指数（BMI）、腰围（WC）、三酰甘油（TG）、2h血糖（2hPG）及HOMA-IR等，相关系数r值分别为0.528，0.515，0.422，0.566及0.458，P均〈0.05。结论：本组代谢综合征患者血浆瘦素水平显著升高，瘦素水平升高可能与IR有关。

Changes of plasma Leptin levels and insulin resistance in subjects with metabolic syndrome

Objective： To investigate the relationships between plasma Leptin levels and insulin resistance（IR） in subjects with metabolic syndrome（MS）.Methods：Sixty-two subjects with MS were selected as MS groups and 58 normal subjects were selected as control group. The age and sex were matched between the two groups. Plasma Leptin concentrations were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. IR was evaluated by means of HOMA-IR. Results：Plasma Lep tin concentrations in MS group were significantly higher than that in controls [（193.75±92.61） ng/ml vs （135.63±82.49） ng/ml]. Plasma leptin concentrations in MS group were associated with Body mass index（BMI）, waist circumference（WC）, Triglyeride（TG）,2 hPG and HOMA-IR（r=0.528,0.515, 0.422, 0.566, 0.458, respectively, all P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Plasma Leptin concentrations in subjects with MS are significantly higher and elevated Leptin concentrations are probably associated with IR.
