目的评价康复新液治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床疗效。方法2008年1月至2009年3月,在中国医科大学口腔医院综合急诊科选择复发性阿弗他溃疡患者80例,随机分成2组,A组采用康复新液治疗,B组采用口泰治疗,观察7d。对两组患者的治疗有效率、溃疡面积的变化、止痛时间进行对比分析。结果1周后,A组的治疗有效率(90.0%)明显的高于B组(65.0%),溃疡面积的变化A组(80±3.4)mm2明显的高于B组(53±1.6mm)2,止痛起效时间A组(2.8±0.5)min明显的低于B组(6.2±1.1)min,止痛维持时间A组(32±1.2min)明显的高于B组(10±0.3)min,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡具有良好的临床疗效,可以广泛的用于临床。

Clinical effect of Kangfuxin liquid in treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Kangfuxin liquid in treatment of recurrent aphthous uicer(RAU).Methods Eighty cases were chosen and randomly divided into two groups. Group A was experiment group, treated with Kangfuxin liquid.Group B was control group, treated with Chlorhexidine liquid.The curative effect,the change of areas of ulcer and the analgesic time of two groups were compared after one week. Results Comparing the two groups, the effe-cacy of Group A(90.0%) was much higher than Group B(65.0%), and the change of areas of ulcer(80±3.4)mm2 was big-ger than Group B. The time of producing analgesic effect of Group A(2.8±0.5)min was lower than Group B. The time of maintaining analgesic effect of Group A(32±1.2)min was higher than Group B. Signifieant changes were observed in sta-tistics. Conclusion The Kangfuxin liquid has a good clinical effect on RAU, and it can be used extentively in clinic.
