Abstract:The analysis of macro elements S, K, Ca and trace elements F, Rb, Sr, Cu, Zn, Fe, Ge, Se, Br, Hg, Pb, Ni, etc. in the liver and spleen of monkeys with skeletal fluorosis shows that the function of coordination and opposition of elements in liver and spleen are closely related to the structure of the external electron shell. Apart from Ca, Cu and Zn, S, K, Rb and Sr are also trace elements closely related to fluorosis. It is also suggested that further research on the changes of balance among K, Ca, Rb and Sr to the skeletal fluorosis is needed.
