二维超声对肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断价值

目的：探讨二维超声对于诊断肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的临床价值。方法：回顾性分析37例(44个)肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的灰阶超声图像以及相关的临床资料。结果：37例中单发35例，多发2例。44个肿瘤中实质性肿块29个(65.9%),囊实混合性肿块15个(34.1％)，实质性肿块中低回声型最多(69％)。绝大多数肿瘤边界清晰。不同大小肿瘤中。囊实混合回声型所占比例有显著性差异。结论：二维超声对肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断具有重要的临床意义。

Evaluation of Two-dimensional Ultrasonography in Diagnosis of Adrenal Pheochromocytoma

Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of two-dimensional ultrasonography for adrenal pheochromocytoma. Methods: Thirty-seven patients with 44 adrenal pheochromocytomas were examined by ultrasound. The sonographic findings and related clinical materials were analyzed retrospectively. Results: There were 35 solitary and 2 multicentric cases out of 37 patients. In all 44 adrenal lesions, 29 were solid tumors in which hypoechoic pattern was predominant, and 15 were complex masses. Most of the tumors have clear boundary in sonograms. The proportion of complex ultrasonic pattern between large and small tumors had significant difference. Conclusion:Two-dimensional ultrasonography has important significance in diagnosis of adrenal pheochromocytoma.
