| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨柴芍补脾汤加减治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效.方法 将100例功能性消化不良患者随机分为两组,治疗组给予柴芍补脾汤加减治疗,对照组口服吗丁啉治疗,4周为1个疗程.结果 治疗组总有效率为90.00%,对照组为70.00%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 中药柴芍补脾汤加减治疗功能性消化不良疗效较好.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical curative effect of ChaiShaoBuPi decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 100 patients with functional dyspepsia were divided into a treatment group and a control group randomly. The treaunent group was treated with modified ChaiShaoBuPi decoction and the control group was treated with dornperidone. Both groups were treated for one therapeutic course of four weeks. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 90.00% and 70.00% respectively. The difference between the two groups showed statistical significance (P<0.01) . Conclusion ChaiShaoBuPi decoction has good therapeutic effect in treating the disease of fanctional dyspepsia. |
