麻疹疫苗初始强化免疫血清学效果观察

摘    要:为探讨麻疹疫苗初始强化免疫的血清学效果 ,采用酶联免疫吸附试验对 15 6例观察对象采集的双份血清进行麻疹IgG抗体检测。结果表明 ,麻疹抗体阳性率由强化免疫前的 89 10 %上升到 10 0 0 0 % ,抗体几何平均滴度倒数 (GMRT)由 5 83 5 5上升到1860 93 ,差别有极显著的统计学意义。 0 2ml和 0 5ml两个接种组强化免疫后GMRT增长不同 ,0 2ml接种组抗体GMRT由强化免疫前的 64 7 61上升到 1741 13 ,增长 2 69倍 ;0 5ml接种组抗体GMRT由 5 19 95上升到 2 0 0 3 3 2 ,增长 3 85倍 ,但差别无显著的统计学意义。强化免疫前抗体滴度与抗体阳转或≥ 4倍增长呈负相关 ,强化免疫前阴性、1∶2 0 0、1∶80 0、1∶3 2 0 0和 1∶12 80 0者 ,强化免疫后抗体阳转或≥ 4倍增长率分别为 10 0 0 0 %、10 0 0 0 %、42 86%、6 62 %和 0。麻疹疫苗强化免疫对迅速提高人群麻疹抗体水平效果显著

Abstract:In order to study the serological effect of the measles catch-up mass campaign, the two serum samples of 156 healthy population who accepted measles vaccine (MV) catch-up mass immunization were detected for IgG with ELISA. The results showed that there were significant statistical differences. The measles antibody GMRT reached 1 860.93 from 583.55, the positive seroconversion rate of measles antibody reached 100% from 89.10%. The serological effect of 0.2ml and 0.5ml injection had no significiant statistical difference, the GMRT of 0.2ml group reached 1 741.13 from 647.61, the GMRT of 0.5ml group reached 2 003.32 from 519.95. When measles antibody titers before MV mass immunization were negative, 1:200, 1:800, 1:3 200, 1:12 800, their positive seroconversion rates and four-fold antibody rising after immunization were 100%, 100%, 42.86%, 6,67% and 0% respectively, showing a negative correlation. So, measles catch-up mass immunization can quickly and efficiently raise the antibody level of the population.
