小切口硬核白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术临床观察

摘    要:目的 探讨应用隧道式小切口人工晶状体植入术治疗硬核白内障的临床疗效。方法 在562例白内障患者行小切口白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术的病例中,回顾性分折其中对硬核白内障患者128只眼的手术治疗效果。结果 128只眼硬核白内障患者术后视力均由术前光感/眼前手动提高到o.4以上,术后1月随访患者的视力达到0.8—1.0。结论 隧道式小切口手术对硬核白内障患者治疗效果好,术中创面组织损伤小,术后反应轻,创口愈合快,减轻了手术散光,视力恢复迅速,并适用于其它类型的白内障。不需要特殊设备,操作相对简便,易于掌握。

Abstract:Objective To study clinical curative effect treat dense cataract by the turnnel like and small incision extirpation of dense cataract with non phacoemusification and IOL implantation.Methods The clinical results of 128 dense cataract eyes treated were analysed retrospectively from the 562 cataract patients operated on by the small incision extirpation with non phacoemulsification and IOL implantation in the writer's hospital.Results The vision after a week operation on 128 dense cataract eyes are increased over 0.4,after 3 month over 0.8 compared with LP/HM before this treatment.Conclusions The turnnel like and small incision extirpation is not only very effective on treatment of dense cataract patients,but also other types of cataract,and have other good qualities,such as the tissue was little damaged in this operation,the reaction after the operation was very small,the operating,incision was quickly healed,astigmatism after the operation lessenced,the vision recovered quickly;the special equipments were not required for this operation;the skills of this surgery are relatively simple and easily mastered.
