贝那普利联合黄葵胶囊治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病肾病轻中度蛋白尿的临床观察

目的 通过使用贝那普利联合黄葵胶囊治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病肾病(DN)轻中度蛋白尿,探讨其对Ⅱ型糖尿病肾病患者尿蛋白及血白蛋白的影响.方法 将38例Ⅱ型糖尿病肾病轻中度蛋白尿患者随机分为两组:所有患者采用相同的基础治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用贝那普利5～20 mg,既有高血压患者每日口服贝那普利10～20 mg,控制血压在80～130 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),无高血压患者每日口服贝那普利5 mg,黄葵胶囊15粒,3次/d口服,疗程12周.结果 两组患者治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量,血白蛋白差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量,血白蛋白差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 贝那普利联合黄葵胶囊治疗2型糖尿病肾病轻中度蛋白尿,可以明显的降低尿蛋白的产生,提升血白蛋白的含量.

Clinical observation of using Benazepril combined with Capusulehuangkui to cure mild and medium degree Proteinuria of Type 2 diabeticmephropathy

Objective Probe into the effect on urinary protein and AlbuminHumanSerum of patients who have Type 2 diabeticmephropathy by using Benazepril combined with Capusulehuangkui to cure mild and medium degree Proteinuria of Type 2 diabeticmephropathy.Methods Divide 38 mild and medium degree Proteinuria patients of Type 2 diabeticmephropathy into 2 groups randomly,applying basic treatment to all patients;Applying 5~20 mg Benazepril additionally to control group compared to contrast group;patients who have hypertension take orally 10~20 mg Benazepril per day to control blood pressure between 80~130 mm Hg;patients who don’t have hypertension take orally 5 mg Benazepril and 15 Capusuleshuangkui by three times per day with a course of treatment of 12 weeks.Results Urinary protein of two groups was measured 24 hours before and after treatment,difference of Albumin Human Serum has statistical significance(P<0.05);Urinary protein of control group was measured 24 hours before and after treatment,difference of Albumin Human Serum has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Benazepril combined with Capusulehuangkui can reduce the generation of urinary protein and enhance the content of AlbuminHumanSerum for the patients of mild and medium degree Proteinuria of Type 2 diabeticmephropathy.
