等渗液脉冲式冲洗法预防化疗性静脉炎的疗效观察

目的探讨化疗性静脉炎的发生原因及使用脉冲式冲洗法预防其产生的效果。方法 40例经静脉化疗的患者随机分为2组。化疗药物使用结束后均采用等渗液0.9%生理盐水或5%葡萄糖+稀释肝素液(10~100 U/mL)]冲洗,一组行脉冲式冲洗法(观察组),一组行匀速冲洗法(对照组),研究2个化疗周期静脉炎的发生率。结果第一个化疗周期2组静脉炎的发生率比较,结果无统计学差异(P>0.05);第二个化疗周期静脉炎的发生率比较,对照组高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论行脉冲式冲洗法能明显减少静脉炎的发生率,远期效果更佳,且操作简单方便,便于临床广泛使用。

Efficacy observation on prevention of chemotherapeutic phlebitis with isotonic solution pulsed flush method

Objective To explore the causes of chemotherapeutic phlebitis and the efficacy of isotonic solution pulsed flush on prevention of phlebitis.Methods Forty patients with chemotherapeutic phlebitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Isotonic solution flush was implemented for both groups after the chemotherapy(0.9% physiological saline or 5% Glucose plus 10-100 μ/mL dilution heparin liquid).The observation group received pulsed flush method while the control group received average speed flush.Incidence rates of phlebitis in two chemotherapy cycles were observed.Results After the first chemotherapy cycle,there was no statistical difference in the incidence of phlebitis between two groups(P>0.05).After the second chemotherapy cycle,the incidence of phlebitis in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulsed flush method can obviously reduce the incidence of phlebitis.Besides its long-term effectiveness,pulsed flush method is also easy for operation and convenient for clinical promotion and application.
