两种制剂在根尖诱导成形术中的疗效分析

目的 比较Vitapex糊剂和氢氧化钙糊剂在根尖诱导成形术中的疗效.方法 选择108颗根尖未发育完成的年轻恒牙,随机分为两组,实验组56颗患牙,其中根尖周组织已有病变的患牙29颗,对照组52颗患牙,根尖周组织已有病变的患牙29颗,分别封入Vitapex糊剂和氢氧化钙糊剂(CH)进行根尖诱导,术后2年随访并比较其疗效.结果 实验组总有效率为85.71%,其中对根尖周炎患牙有效率为82.76 %.对照组总有效率为55.77 %,其中对根尖周炎患牙有效率为31.03 %,两组相比,总有效率及对根尖周炎患牙有效率有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论 用Vitapex糊剂对根尖周炎患牙进行根尖诱导是一种简便、有效的治疗方法.

Evaluation of therapeutic efficiency in apexification

Objective To compare the curative effect of Vitapex with Calcium Hydroxide in apexification.Methods 108 teeth were radomly divided into two groups.There were 29 teeth with apicitis in each group.One grape was treated with Vitapex,and the other group was treated with Calcium Hydroxide.Results The total effective rate and effective rate of teeth with apicitis in the group using Vitapex were 85.71% and 82.76%,comparing with the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Vitapex for treating apexification,especially for treating the teeth with apicitis is a simple 、effictive method.
