| 摘 要： | 测定４０例癌症患者放射线治疗前后血清脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）、β－胡萝卜素（β－Ｃａｒ）及维生素Ｅ（ＶＥ）的含量。结果表明，放疗后血清ＬＰＯ含量较放疗前增高（Ｐ＜０．０５），而β－Ｃａｒ和ＶＥ含量明显低于放疗前（ｒ＜０．０１）。说明放疗使患者体内脂质过氧化作用增强，β－Ｃａｒ和ＶＥ消耗增加。此外，还发现癌症患者放疗前体内β－Ｃａｒ水平普遍低于正常值，提示β－Ｃａｒ可能与癌症的发病有关。

| Abstract: | The contents of lipoperoxide(LPO),Beta-carotene(β-car),and Vitamin E (VE) in sera of 40 patients with cancers were determined before and after radiotherapy.The results showed that the serum LPO content decreased(P<0.05),while the β-car and VE content decreased significantly(P<0.01) after radiotherapy.These results prove that radiotherapy can enhance the lipoperxidation and consumptions of VE and β-car In addition,the β-car level in sera of the patients with cancers were lower than that of the normal values.These results suggest that the β-car may relate to the incidence of cancers. |
