社区健康教育对产妇健康行为形成的影响

[目的 ]了解产妇产褥期健康知识及行为 ,促进产褥期健康行为的形成。 [方法 ]对孕产妇家庭在产前进行有关产褥期保健知识的评估 ,然后针对每个家庭的情况进行健康教育 ,产后跟踪随访。 [结果 ]产妇在母乳喂养方面、清洁卫生、早期活动、饮食等方面做得较好。 [结论 ]针对家庭的健康教育有助于产妇健康行为的形成 ,并使产妇恶露时间缩短。建议发挥社区妇女保健、计划生育相关组织的作用 ,专人负责围生期健康教育和产后访视 ,以保证产妇顺利渡过产褥期。

Influence of community heath education on health behaviors of parturient

Objective:to know the health knowledge and behavior of parturient in stegmonth, to help them to form a health behavior during puerperium. Method: each family of the parturient performed evaluation on their stegmonth health knowledge before delivery, then specific health education was provided for every family according to their family state, and was followed up after childbirth. Result: the parturient' behaviors have been improved after health education on many aspects such as breast-feeding, clearing and sanitation, early mobilization, and diet. Conclusion: health education to the families was helpful to the forming of health behavior of parturient. It can shorten the duration of parturient with lochia. It suggested that one should draw upon organizations like women's health care in community and family planning, and specialized personnel should take charge of perinatal health education and postpartum follow-up of parturient to ensure them to pass the puerperium smoothly.
