摘    要:目的:建立速效救心丸中异龙脑、左旋龙脑、右旋龙脑的一测多评含量测定方法。方法:采用手性毛细管柱(30.0 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),载气为氮气,FID检测器,柱温为120℃,柱流量为1.0 mL.min-1。以正十四烷为内标物,以右旋龙脑为参照物建立其与异龙脑、左旋龙脑的相对校正因子,并进行含量测定,实现一测多评。同时与现行标准的测定结果进行比较以验证一测多评法的准确性。结果:所建立的校正因子重现性良好,采用一测多评法的测定结果与现行标准方法的测定结果基本一致。结论:所建立的方法能测定以各种冰片投料生产的速效救心丸中的冰片含量。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a GC method for simultaneous assay of isoborneol,L-borneol and D-borneol in Suxiao Jiuxin pills by quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker(QAMS).Methods: A chiral capillary column(30.0 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm) was adopted,with nitrogen as carrier gas and FID as detector.The temperature of the column was set at 120 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Tetradecane was used as the internal standard.The ratio of calibration factor of isoborneol and L-borneol to that of D-borneol was calculated respectively to get each relative calibration factors.And the contents of borneol in Suxiao Jiuxin pills were calculated by the relative calibration factor to realize QAMS.The accuracy of this method was affirmed by comparison of the results to that determined by the current standards.Results: The reproducibility of relative calibration factor was perfect and the results calculated by QAMS were consistent with that determined by the current standards.Conclusion: This method can be used to determine borneol in Suxiao Jiuxin pills produced by various kinds of borneols.
