2004-2009年广西全州县病毒性肝炎疫情分析

目的了解广西全州县2004-2009年法定传染病各型病毒性肝炎的发病情况,分析其流行特征和规律,为制订防治策略和措施提供科学依据。方法收集该县2004-2009年的法定传染病各型病毒性肝炎疫情资料,采用Excel软件进行统计分析。结果全县2004-2009年报告各型病毒性肝炎病例共3 140例,人群发病率为6.75/万,男性高于女性为2.7∶1。各型肝炎人群发病率分别为甲肝1.12/万、乙肝4.53/万、丙肝0.78/万、戊肝0.04/万、未分型肝炎0.27/万;肝炎高发病例年龄在15～54岁,农民、公职人员和学生发病人数分别占67.36%、7.55%和6.71%,肝炎病例呈逐年上升趋势并以乙型肝炎为主。结论全州县病毒性肝炎发病率高,病毒性肝炎防治任务仍然严峻。

Analysis on epidemic situation of viral hepatitis of Quanzhou county from 2004 to 2009

Objective To understand the incidence status of viral hepatitis of various types from 2004 to 2009,analyze the epidemiological characteristics and provide scientific basis for development control strategies and measures.Method The epidemic data of viral hepatitis were collected from 2004 to 2009 and using Excel software for statistical analysis.Results 3 140 viral hepatitis cases were reported during 2004 to 2009,the population incidence rate was 6.75 / 100 00,the ratio male to female was 2.7∶ 1.The population incidence of various hepatitis were that,hepatitis A 1.12 / 10000,hepatitis B 4.53 / 10000,hepatitis C 0.78 / 10000,hepatitis E 0.04 / 10000 and unclassified hepatitis 0.27 / 10000.High incidence age of hepatitis was during 15 to 54 years old.Farmers,public officials and students accounted for 67.36%,7.55% and 6.71%,respectively.Hepatitis patients showed an increasing trend and main as hepatitis B.Conclusions Viral hepatitis incidence rate was higher and prevention task still tough in this county.
