摘    要:目的通过健康快车活动检测华中地区人群的骨密度情况,探讨骨质疏松的风险评估和预防措施。方法采用超声骨强度仪,测量华中地区3934名居民(其中男1338名,女2596名)桡骨远端1/3处骨骼内传导的声波速度(SOS),计算T-值和Z-值,分析不同性别、不同年龄的骨密度与骨健康关系。结果 SOS值:男性4096.94±143.11m/s;50~59岁组值最高,70岁以上最低。女性4080.18±179.39 m/s;30~49岁组最高,70岁以上组最低。T-值:男、女性分别为-0.35±1.24、-0.95±1.57。50岁以前,女性SOS值和T值高于男性,而50岁以后则是男性高于女性。随着年龄的增长,骨量减少和骨质疏松人群增加,女性患病率高于男性。结论超声骨强度仪测量桡骨远端1/3处骨骼内传导的声波速度SOS值可反映骨骼健康状况,不论男女都随着年龄增加,骨量丢失与骨质疏松发生的风险明显增加,其中男性60岁后和女性更年期后是重点防范人群。

Abstract:Objective The purpose of this study was to inquire about bone mineral density(BMD) of subjects in four provinces of Central China region through the health express activities,and to investigate the risk assessment and precaution of osteoporosis.Methods Three thousand nine hudred and thirty-four residents(including 1338 males and 2596 females) in four provinces of Central China region were examined the speed of sound(SOS;m/s) at the 1/3 distal radial,using the quantitative ultrasound system(QUS;Sunlight Omnisense,Sunlight Medical Ltd,Israel).We also calculated T-score and Z-score to analyze the relationship of BMD between different sex and age.Results The mean and SD of SOS in males were 4096.94±143.11 m/s,and the peak SOS was in 50-59 age range when the lowest was in 70 years and older.The mean and SD of SOS in females were 4080.18±179.39 m/s,and the peak SOS was in 30-49 age range when the lowest was in 70 years and older.T-score of males and females were-0.35±1.24 and-0.95±1.57 respectively.SOS and T-score of males were higher than these of females before 50 years old,and was opposite after 50 years old.The proportion of low bone mass and osteoporosis was higher with age,and the females were higher than the males.Conclusion SOS at the 1/3 distal radial measured by the quantitative ultrasound system could well reflect bone health.The incidence rates of bone loss and osteoporosis were increased obviously with age in both males and females.Males after age 60 and post-menopausal females were the special preventive group.
