| 摘 要： | 目的 考察布洛芬片的溶出度。方法 采用转篮法测定溶出度，以pH=7．2磷酸盐缓冲液作为溶出介质，用紫外分光光度法测定含量。结果 四个不同厂家的布洛芬片溶出度均符合中国药典2000年版规定，但不同厂家制剂溶出度稳定性存在差异。结论 此方法简便、快速、准确，可用于控制产品的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the dissolution of ibuprofen tablets.Methods The dissolution was measuread in phosphotic solution pH=7.2 as medium according to the first method described in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The content was measured by UV spectrophotometry method.Results The dissolution rate of ibuprofen tablets made in four different companies corresponding to that of Chinese Pharmecopocia(2000),but there was significant difference in the stability of dissolution among four productions.Conclusion The method was sensitive and reliable. It may be used for the quantitative evaluation of products. |
