摘    要:目的探讨黄酮碳苷类化合物抗炎活性的构效关系。方法从短瓣金莲花中分离制备12个黄酮碳苷系列化合物,进行抗炎活性评价。结果黄酮碳苷化合物的糖基、酚羟基的取代位置、数量等影响黄酮碳苷的抗炎活性。结论黄酮碳苷类化合物的抗炎活性具有一定的构效关系。

Abstract:Objective To study the QSAR of C-glycosyflavones on anti-inflammatory activities. Methods 12 C-glycosyflavones were prepared from the extract of Trollius ledebouri Reichb and their anti-inflammatory activities were evaluated by TPA-induced mouse ear edema(in vivo). Results The main factors were sugar moiety and OH affecting the anti-inflammatory activities of C-glycosyflavones. Conclusion The QSAR of C-glycosyflavones were identified.
