降糖袋泡茶对实验性糖尿病大鼠血糖及血脂的影响

目的:研究降糖袋泡茶对糖尿病大鼠血糖及血脂的影响。方法:链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射制糖尿病大鼠模型,造模成功后将模型大鼠随机分成模型组、治疗组各10只,另取10只同批次正常大鼠作为正常组。正常组和模型组予生理盐水ig(18mL/kg),治疗组予降糖袋泡茶ig(18mL/kg),1日1次,连续28天。28天后进行空腹血糖及血脂的检测。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)则明显升高(P0.05);而用降糖袋泡茶后,与模型组比较,大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)则明显降低(P0.05)。结论:降糖袋泡茶有明显的降糖和降脂作用。

Effect of Jiangtang Bagged Tea on Blood Glucose and Blood Lipid of Experimental Diabetic Rats

Objective: To investigate the effects on Jiangtang Daipao Tea of blood glucose and blood lipid in diabetic rats.Methods:The mode1 rats of diabetes were made by injection STZ into the abdominal cavity.After the model formed,the rats with diabetes were randomly divided into 2 groups:model group and treatment group,10 rats in each group.Another 10 normal rats of the same batch were as the normal group.The normal group and model group were lavaged with normal saline(NS,18 mL/kg).Rats in treatment group were lavaged with Jiangtang Daipao Tea(18 mL/kg) for 28 days.After the treatment was last for 28 days,the influence of fasting blood glucose(FBG) and Blood Lipid of Jiangtang Daipao Tea treating for the rats with diabetes was studied.Results: The levers of FBG,total cholesterol(TC) and triglycerides(TG) increased significantly of the model group compared to the normal group(P<0.05);The levers of FBG,TC and TG decreased significantly of the treatment group with Jiangtang Daipao Tea compared to the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiangtang Daipao Tea has obviously reduced the level of blood glucose and blood lipid.
