心理干预对伴抑郁情绪的尖锐湿疣患者复发的影响

目的探讨心理干预对伴抑郁情绪的尖锐湿疣患者复发的影响。方法通过SDS抑郁自评量表标准分大于50识别是否有抑郁情绪,将有抑郁情绪的尖锐湿疣患者随机分成干预组和非干预组。干预组病例27例,非干预组病例30例。尖锐湿疣治疗:CO2激光彻底清除皮损;心理干预方法为:采用疾病认知与心理疏导相结合。每周1次,共6次。结果①在治疗后1个月和3个月,干预组的SDS评分明显低于非干预组;②干预组和非干预组在治疗后1个月的复发率分别为40.74%,63.33%,两组比较差异无统计学意义。干预组和非干预组在治疗后3个月的复发率分别为44.44%,73.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③干预组和非干预组在治疗后3个月的临床治愈率分别为48.15%、20.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有效的心理干预措施能有效降低有抑郁情绪的尖锐湿疣患者复发率,提高其临床治愈率。

Effect of Psychological Interventions on Condyloma Acuminatum Recurrence in Patients with Depression

Objective To study the effect of psychological interventions on condyloma accuminatum(CA)recurrence in patients with depression.Methods Patients with score of self depression scale(SDS)more than 50 were defined as ones with depression.All CA patients with depression were divided into two groups:intervention group(27 cases)and non-intervention group(30 cases).CA lesions were thoroughly removed by carbon dioxide laser.The psychological interventions were carried out as follows:combination of disease cognition and psychological counseling,once per week for total 6 times.Results At 1 and 3 months after therapy,the scores of self depression scale in intervention group were significantly lower than in non-intervention group.At 1 month after therapy,the recurrence rate in the intervention group and non-intervention group was 40.74% and 63.33%,respectively(P>0.05).At 3 months after therapy,the recurrence rate in the intervention group and non-intervention group was 44.44% and 73.33% respectively(P<0.05).At 3 months after therapy,the cure rate in the intervention group and non-intervention group was 48.15% and 20.00% respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective psychological interventions can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of CA in patients with depression and increase the clinical cure rate.
