摘    要:目的研究山茱萸花期花中多糖含量的动态变化。方法在山茱萸花期每日定时取山茱萸花,以硫酸———蒽酮法测定山茱萸花期花中多糖含量。结果得到山茱萸花期多糖含量逐日变化和日变化动态曲线。山茱萸多糖含量在花蕾期(2.81%)和盛花期(3.75%)分别出现两个高峰;花蕾期、初花期、盛花期内在12:00~14:00多糖含量最高,落花期在10:00~12:00多糖含量最高,4个花期中盛花期多糖含量最高。结论山茱萸花期多糖含量呈规律性变化,可作为山茱萸种植管理的参考依据。

Abstract:Objective To determine the dynamic variation of polysaccharide content in the florescence of Cornus officinalis. Methods The flowers of C.officinalis were picked in the florescence in certain time every day.Colorimetry of Sulfuric acid-Anthrone was used to measure the polysaccharide content in the flowers. Results The curves of daily variation and diurnal variation of polysaccharide content were obtained.There were two peak values of polysaccharides content:2.81% in the bud period and 3.75% in the blooming period.The highest polysaccharide contents in bud period,initial-flowering period and blooming period were determined at 12:00-14:00,respectively,while in the end period of florescence,at 10:00~12:00.The polysaccharide content in blooming period was the highest in the four periods. Conclusion The result of research on dynamic variation of polysaccharide content in the florescence of C.officinalis might provide scientific basis for the cultivation of C.officinalis.
