摘    要:目的优选补骨脂炮制的最佳工艺。方法从炮制方法、加盐量、加水量、浸润时间、炮制温度、炮制时间6个因素进行考察,采用超高效液相色谱(UPLC)指纹图谱法优化补骨脂炮制工艺。结果补骨脂的最佳炮制工艺是:每100 g药材,加入15 ml含盐量为2.5 g的盐溶液,浸润5 h后,置锅内,260℃加热,炒2~3 min。结论采用UPLC指纹图谱法优化补骨脂炮制工艺是合理可行。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the best processing technology of Psoralea corylifolia L. Methods The processing method,the amount of added salt,added water,time for soaking,temperature and time for roasting were choosen as investigated factors.UPLC fingerprint was adopted to select the best processing methods. Results The best processing technology was set as follows: adding 15ml water containing 2.5 g salt per 100 g of psoralea corylifolial,soaking for 5 hours in the airtight container,heating at 260℃,roasting for 2~3 minutes. Conclusion Using UPLC fingerprint to optimize the processing technology of Psoralea corylifolia L.is reasonable and feasible.
