摘    要:药用甘草活性成分的生物转化一直是国内外研究的热点。文章从植物细胞培养、微生物和游离酶为生物催化剂角度综述了天然甘草活性成分的生物转化,其反应包括水解、羟基化、糖基化、酰基化等多种类型,并在生物转化体系的筛选、转化条件的优化、转化率的提高及酶的分离纯化方面取得了一些进展。这增加天然产物结构多样性、寻找药物先导化合物、促进珍稀物种资源可持续利用、提高生产效率、降低成本等多个环节均有广泛的应用价值。

Abstract:Biotransformation of biological active constituents from natural glycyrrhiza medicines has been researched focus at home and abroad.Based on the plant cell culture,microbial and free enzymes as biological catalysts,this review summaries biotransformation of active constituents from natural glycyrrhiza,which include hydrolysis,hydroxylation,glycosylation,acylation and so on,and make some progress in the screening of biotransformation system,optimization of transformation conditions,an increase of conversion rate and the separation of enzymes.It will have great potential value in increasing structural diversity of natural products,finding lead compounds for drugs,promoting the sustainable use of rare species resources,improving production efficiency and reducing costs in the future.
