赤芍和白芍不同部位芍药苷和苯甲酸的含量分析研究

摘    要:目的研究赤、白芍不同部位中芍药苷和苯甲酸的含量差异,为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供可靠方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定,色谱柱:Hypersil C18柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.05%磷酸水(14∶86);检测:UV 230 nm;流速:1.0 ml/min;柱温:25℃。结果赤、白芍不同部位中芍药苷和苯甲酸的含量不同。结论运用HPLC技术,可以快速准确地对赤、白芍不同部位中芍药苷和苯甲酸的差异进行定量分析,从而为区别同为芍药来源的赤芍和白芍的临床应用提供实验依据。

Abstract:Objective To compare the contents of major constituents of different parts between Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Radix Paeoniae Alba for controlling the quality of Radix Paeoniae Alba. Methods Hypersil C18 column(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm) was adopted with:acetonitrile-H2O(acidified to 0.05% with phosphoric acid)(14∶86) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the column temperature was 25℃. Results There were obviously different contents of paeoniflorin and antipyrine benzoate of different parts between Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Radix Paeoniae Alba. Conclusion HPLC technology can quantitatively analyze the active constituents in wild and cultivated groups of Paeoniae Radix.
