| 摘 要： | 目的:观察西药联合中药治疗消化性溃疡的疗效。方法:90例随机分为两组各45例,A组用自拟胃溃疡汤、雷贝拉唑,B组用雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林。结果:A组上腹疼痛消失比B组更快,幽门螺杆菌(Hp)消除率更高(P0.01)。结论:中西药合用症状缓解快、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)清除率高,复发率低,毒副作用小。

| Abstract: | Observe:three western medicines(rabeprazole + clarithromycin + amoxicillin) and proprietary Chinese medicine(selforganizing,gastric ulcer decoction+ rabeprazole) treatment group contrast curative effect.Methods:90 patients were randomly divided into two groups,and 45 patients,Take Chinese traditional medicine group A(selforganizing,gastric ulcer decoction + rabeprazole).Group B under western medicine(rabeprazole + clarithromycin + amoxicillin).Results:take Chinese traditional medicine + western medicine group more than take advantage of western medicine.Conclusion:The treatment group in clinical symptoms fast,helicobacter pylori(Hp) high clearance,shorten the treatment duration,once again,the recurrence rate is low,side effects are less than under the western medicine group. |
