摘    要:目的探讨超声辅助提取车前草中总黄酮的工艺。方法在单因素实验基础上,采用正交实验设计法对提取工艺进行优化。结果各因素对提取率影响大小依次为:超声提取时间(A)>液固比(C)>乙醇浓度(B);最佳条件为:在20℃下,用40%乙醇为溶剂,液固比8∶1,超声提取20 min。在此条件下,提取两次,总黄酮能基本被提取完全,总提取率可达0.371%。结论该方法采用超声波辅助强化提取,工艺简单可行,达到省时、高效和节能的目的。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of total flavonoid from Plantago asiatica L.. Methods On the basis of single-factor experiments,the optimal extraction conditions of total flavonoid were investigated with orthogonal experimental design. Results The significance of these factors affecting the total flavonoid was in the following order: ultrasonic-assisted extraction time > liquid/solid ratio > ethanol concentration.The optimal parameters were as follows: ethanol concentration of 40%,ratio of solvent to solid of 8:1,extraction time of 20 min at 20 ℃.Under the optimal conditions,after two times of extraction the total extraction yield was 0.371%. Conclusion The optimal method is reliable,reasonable and effective.
