| 摘 要： | 目的考察寄主植物对桑寄生药材挥发性成分的组成与含量影响。方法利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取桑寄生及其寄主植物挥发性成分,用GC/MS进行测定,结合计算机检索技术对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果桑寄生挥发性成分因寄主植物来源不同其组成和含量也不同。结论寄主植物会通过影响桑寄生挥发性成分的组成及其含量影响桑寄生药材质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the correlation of volatile components between Taxilli Herba and its hosts. Methods The volatile components were obtained by steam distillation.The volatile components of Taxilli Herba and its hosts were separated and indentified by GC/MS.The relative percentage of the volatile component was calculated from the GC peak areas. Results The content and composition of volatile components were different in Taxilli Herba from different host plants. Conclusion Host plants can affect the quality of Taxilli Herba by affecting the content and composition of volatile components. |
