| 摘 要： | 目的调查北京地区城乡成年女性尿失禁(UI)的患病率、就诊率及对医疗卫生服务的需求情况。方法采用分层多阶段整群系统抽样的方法,应用女性下尿路症状问卷(ICIQ-FLUTS)调查北京市6个区县24个调查点的20～79岁女性3058人。结果北京地区女性UI患病率为22.1%(675/3058)。居民对自身患病的知晓率为37.6%(254/675)。城区女性(63.5%)知晓率高于郊区女性(11.8%)(P0.05)。患UI的254例患者就诊率为19.7%(50/254)。以ICIQ-FLUTS为诊断标准,患者的就诊率为7.4%(50/675),治疗率为3.0%(20/675)。结论北京地区成年女性尿失禁患病率比较高,而知晓率和就诊率较低。
