| 摘 要： | 为检测胃癌手术中对单细胞转移的影响,自1995年11月至1996年11月,对65例胃癌患者在根治性手术中进行门静脉血的免疫组化研究,结果显示:检查组检出阳性病例39例,阳性率为60.0％,而对照组则发现8例12.3％。并提示手术操作所致的阳性结果与肿瘤的部位、组织学类型、TNM分期和DNA倍体有关。

| Abstract: | Objective. To determine the significance of single cell metastasis in gastric cancer operation. Method. From October 1995 to November 1996 portal vein blood from 65 patients with gastic cancer who accepted radical operation were studied immunohistochemically. Results, the positive rate of examined group was 60. 0%,that of control group was 12. 3% Conclusions. The location,the histologic type,the TNM stage and the DNA ploid of the cancer were associated with the positive rate. |
