信息及质量管理中有许多难点．我院的对策如下：效据采集前定下标准、方法、质控表；认真枝检数据．并提出异常情况分析报告；采用分段签字负责制传输数据；用计算机、台帐、库房三台一预防数据丢失；据可控性、通用性选择输入输出项目和方式；按真实性原刚回答用户反应；用双盲不定期随机抽查法及下一环节监督法米防止意外失误的发生，用兑现奖惩米保证大家的工作质量。实践证明行之有效。

Difficulties and Countermeasures in the Management of Hospital Information and Quality

There are many difficulties in the management of hospital information and quality, against which our hospital has taken the countermeasures as follows: work out the criteria, method and quality control chart before collecting data; examine the data carefully and produce the analytical reports on the abnormal phenomena; transmit the data by means of the responsibility system of signing in each section; prevent data loss by using the computer, accounts keeping and the standard storeroom; select the input and output program and method according to the principles of control and universe; answer the user' s reaction according to the principle of authenticity; prevent the unexpected faults by using the double blind selective random checking and control of the next link; guarantee the working quality through bonus-penalty system. The above mentioned approaches have been proved highly effective.
