电子鼻咽喉镜在耳鼻咽喉疾病中的应用

目的：探讨电子鼻咽喉镜在诊断和治疗耳鼻咽喉疾病中的价值及作用。方法：在表面麻醉上用PentaxVEL－1530T电子鼻咽喉对1374例门诊耳鼻咽喉病人进行检查，并打印图文报告。 对其中66例鼻咽喉患者在电子鼻咽喉镜下配合高频电刀进行各种治疗。结果：1374例患者检查结果，有19种疾病。其中66例包括8种疾病的治疗结果，有声带息肉35例，声带小结7例，会厌囊肿5例及下咽异物3例均得到治愈。下咽喉血管瘤治疗4例，3例基本消退。另12例作了相应治疗，取得满意疗效。结论：电子鼻咽喉镜对诊断和治疗鼻咽喉部疾病是一种新的非常有价值的医疗工具。

APPLICATION OF VIDEO LARYNGOSCOPE IN DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF OTORHINOLARYNGEAL DISEASES

Objective:To investigate the value and effect of video rhinolaryngoscope in diagnosis and treatment of otorhinolaryngeal diseases.Method:Pendax VEL-1530T video rhinolaryngoscope was used to examine the 1?374 outpatients with otorhinolaryngeal diseases under surface anaethesia,meanwhile,printed the reports with photos. And under the video rhinolaryngoscope,66 outpatients of 1374 accepted operation by high frequent electrical knife.Results: Nineteen kinds of diseases were found in 1374 cases. The satuations of the operations to the 66 outpatients who had 8 kinds of diseases in 19 kinds were: 35 cases of vocal cord polyp ,7 cases of vocal cord node , 5 cases of vallecular cyst and 3 cases of foreign bodies in hypopharynx were all cured.Three in 4 cases of laryngeal hemangioma faded away; the other 12 cases also got pleasant results after relevant treatment.Conclusion:Video rhinolaryngoscope is a new valuable excellent medical instrument in diagnosis and treatment of otorhinolaryngeal diseases.
