南方地区心律失常病证特点与中医药防治的临床研究

目的：我国南方地区快速性心律失常的病证特点是痰、热、瘀、虚并见，而缓慢性心律失常的病证特点是虚、瘀、痰相兼，据此分别制定清热祛瘀化痰和温阳散瘀的治疗原则。方法：分别以中药复方定心汤与宁心汤治疗快速性心律失常261例、缓慢性心律失常22例，并与相应对照组比较。结果：以定心汤加味治疗快速性心律失常261例，总有效率96．55％，与对照组78．46％比较差异有显著性（P＜0．01）；以宁心汤治疗缓慢性心律失常22例，总有效率81．82％，与对照组47．62％比较差异有显著性（P＜0．01）。结论：定心汤与宁心汤疗效均优于对照组，并能较好地改善临床症状。

Results: The total effective rate was 96. 55% in 261 cases of rapid arrhythmia treated by modified Ding Xin Decoction, and 78. 46% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0. 01). The total effective rate in 22 cases of slow arrhythmia treated by Ning Xin Decoction was 81. 82%, and in the control group was 47. 6 2 % with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0. 05). The Chinese drug has better therapeutic effects than those in the control group, and can better improve clinical symptoms.
