144例精神病患者家属求医行为的调查分析

目的:了解精神病患者家属中不同人群的求医途径、需求情况及对待精神病患者的态度,以便有针对性的实施社区、医院、家庭健康教育。方法:选择来我院门诊陪同患者就诊的患者直系家属144例,采用封闭式问卷调查法予以分析。结果:曾请巫医治疗的在不同职业人群中农民明显高于工人和干部,对精神病患者持同情态度的在不同职业人群中干部和工人明显高于农民。结论:就医途径和家属对待患者的态度,对精神疾病的发病与转归起着至关重要的作用,因此,对精神病患者家属的健康教育是十分必要的,也是及时预防和治疗精神疾病的最好保障。

Analysis behaviours of seeing a doctor for 144 patient's family with psychosis

Objective:To understand the difference routs of seeing a doctor,requirement and attitude to psychosis patients,so that to implement health education in community,hosptal and family.Method:144 families were analysed by questionnaire.Result:The therapy of peasants by witch doctor were hihger than casres and works,but the attitude of cadres and works to psychosis patients were hihger than peasants.Conclusion:The routes of seeking a doctor and attitude of family to patients has more important function,so health education to families was very important and it also could prevent and treat psychosis in time.
