| 摘 要： | 已在许多动物,如猴、狗、大鼠、小鼠、兔、猪等建立缺血缺氧性脑损伤动物模型.这些模型为新生儿缺血缺氧性脑损伤的研究提供了大量重要信息.但是,不同种属对各种类型缺血性损伤的易感性存在差异.文章对利用不同种属动物制作的缺血缺氧性脑损伤模型做了综述.

| Abstract: | The animal models of hypoxic-ischemic brain injury have been established inmany animals, such as monkeys, dogs, rats, mice, rabbits, and pigs. These models have provideda great deal of important information for neonatal hypoxic-ischemic brain injury. Howerver, thedifferent species vary in their susceptibility to the various types of ischemic insults. This articlereviews the animal models of hypoxic-ischemic brain injury in different species. |
