| 摘 要： | 中老年人多数存在不同程度的骨质疏松。我们在1998年5月—2002年2月手术治疗共23例脊柱胸腰段爆裂型骨折的中老年人，对其手术操作和内固定的选择采取相应的变化，总结如下。
