| 摘 要： | 目的初步探讨胺碘酮在心房颤动治疗中对心肌复极的影响。方法测量了65例用胺碘酮转复与维持治疗房颤患者的QT间期与QT离散度。结果胺碘酮明显延长QT间期并使QTD增大。结论胺碘酮在心房颤动治疗中不仅延缓心肌复极，且使复极离散。

| Abstract: | Objective To asscess the impact of cardiac repolarization in the treatment of atrial fibrillation by amiodarone . Methods Measurement of 65 patients with amiodarone therapy to the rehabilitation and maintenance of atrial fibrillation patients QT interval and QT dispersion. Results Amiodarone was significantly prolonged QT interval increases and QTD. Conclusion In the treatment of atrial fibrillation, Amiodarone not only delayed myocardial repolarization, but also the dispersion of repolarization. |
