高能中波紫外线联合他克莫司软膏治疗面部白癜风的临床效果评价

目的 观察高能中波紫外线联合他克莫司软膏治疗面部白癜风的临床效果.方法 颜面部白癜风患者88例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各44例.对照组患者采用高能中波(波长:304 nm)紫外线照射治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上用0.1％他克莫司软膏外涂患处治疗.观察两组患者的临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率及显效率分别为84.09％(37/44)和68.18％ (30/44),对照组分别为54.55％(24/44)和34.09％ (15/44),观察组疗效好于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组患者治疗后4周、8周、12周治疗有效患者比例均明显高于对照组(P＜0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无差异(P＞0.05).结论 高能中波紫外线联合他克莫司软膏治疗面部白癜风临床治疗效果显著,值得在临床推广使用.

Clinical effect of high-energy medium-wave UVB combined with tacrolimus ointment on facial vitiligo

Objective To observe the clinical effect of high-energy medium-wave UVB combined with tacrolimus ointment on facial vitiligo.Methods A total of 88 patients with facial vitiligo were divided into control group(n =44) and observation group(n =44) according to the random number table.The control group was treated by high-energy medium-wave UVB(wavelength,304 mm),while the observation group was treated by 0.1％ tacrolimus ointment for external use besides the therapy performed in the control group.The clinical therapeutic effects and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results The total effective rate and effective rate in the observation group were 84.09％ (37/44) and 68.18％ (30/44) respectively,while in the control group were 54.55％ (24/44) and 34.09％ (15/44) respectively,the efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The proportions of patients with effective treatment at 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than the proportions in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence rates of adverse reactions showed no significant difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion High-energy medium-wave UVB combined with tacrolimus ointment has significant effect on facial vitiligo,and it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
