耳穴压豆联合穴位按摩缓解急性胃脘痛效果的观察

目的 为提高患者诊查期间的舒适度和减少药物副作用，探索缓解患者急性胃脘痛中医的非侵入性、非药物镇痛方法。方法 将60例患者随机分为研究组和对照组，常规盐酸山莨菪碱镇痛运用于对照组，研究组在进一步诊查前，辨证选穴，予耳穴压豆和穴位按摩等，观察半小时内胃脘痛变化情况。 结果 两组在缓解患者急性胃脘痛和胃脘部不适方面效果相当，研究组总有效率达90.0%，高于对照组的76.6%。 结论 耳穴压豆联合穴位按摩，能有效缓解患者急性胃脘痛，尤其是瘀阻型，可一定程度替代常规侵入性注射的镇痛剂，提高患者的舒适度，避免了药物的副作用。

Effect of ear acupuncture point buried beans together with acupoint massage to relieve pain in patients with acute gastralgia

Objective To improve patient comfort and reduce drug side effects during the inspecting, explore the ear acupuncture point buried beans together with acupoint massage method of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to alleviate the effect of the patients of acute epigastricSpain . Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into research group and control group. Anisodamine hydrochloride and/or metoclopramineine used in control group. Before further examination the research group with primary dysmenorrheal in after syndrome differentiation were given corresponding ear acupuncture point buried beans and Acupoint Massage of traditional Chinese medicine. The two groups of patients_,pain reliefs were assessed in half an hour. Results The effect in alleviating acute epigastric pain and discomfort with the two groups of patients , are no obviously difference. The research group total effectiveness is 90.0%, higher than that of control group(76.6%). Conclusion The method of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)_ ear acupuncture point buried beans together with acupoint massage, can effectively reduce the pain of patients with acute epigastric pain, especially in patients with blood stasis type resistance. The method can replace conventional analgesic to a certain extent and can improve patient comfort and avoid the side effects of the drug.
