| 摘 要： | 目的 比较股骨近端锁定钢板（PF-LCP）与股骨近端防旋髓内钉（PFNA）术式治疗高龄股骨粗隆间Evans-Jensen IV～V型骨折疗效及安全性。方法 选取2013年9月至2015年9月安徽省第二人民医院收治的高龄股骨粗隆间Evans-Jensen IV～V型骨折患者60例，采用随机数字表法分为PF-LCP组（30例）和PFNA组（30例），比较两组患者手术用时、术中失血量、骨折愈合时间、住院时间、髋关节功能恢复优良率，术后Harris评分及并发症发生情况等。结果 PFNA组患者手术用时、术中失血量均优于PF-LCP组（P<0.05）；两组患者骨折愈合时间和住院时间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；PFNA组患者髋关节功能恢复优良率高于PF-LCP组（P<0.05）；PFNA组患者术后1、6及12个月Harris评分均高于PF-LCP组（P<0.05）；同时PFNA组患者术后并发症发生率低于PF-LCP组（P<0.05）。结论 PFNA术式用于高龄股骨粗隆间Evans-Jensen IV～V型骨折患者治疗，具有操作简便、微创、术后关节功能恢复效果佳及并发症风险低等优势，临床价值优于PF-LCP术式。
