自动乳腺全容积成像联合超声弹性成像与传统手持二维超声对乳腺占位性疾病诊断价值的比较

摘    要:目的 比较自动乳腺全容积成像(ABVS)联合超声弹性成像(UE)与传统手持二维超声对乳腺占位性疾病的诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析90例乳腺占位性疾病患者(共93个病灶)的传统手持二维超声、ABVS、UE检查结果,并以病理结果为金标准,比较传统手持二维超声与ABVS联合UE对恶性乳腺病灶的诊断效能.结果 93个乳腺病灶中,41个病灶为恶性病变.ABVS联合UE诊断恶性乳腺病灶的准确性、敏感度、特异度分别为91.4%、92.7%、90.3%,分别高于传统手持二维超声的70.9%、70.7%、71.1%(P<0.05).结论 与传统手持二维超声比较,ABVS联合UE诊断乳腺占位性疾病可为临床提供更多信息及更精准的结果.

Abstract:Objective To compared the diagnostic value of automated breast volume scanning(ABVS) combined with ultrasonic elastography(UE) and traditional hand-held two-dimensional ultrasound for space-occupying breast lesions.Methods The traditional hand-held two-dimensional ultrasound,ABVS and UE results of 90 patients(93 lesions) with space-occupying breast lesions were retrospectively analyzed.The pathological result was taken as gold standard,then the diagnostic efficacy for malignant breast lesions was compared between traditional hand-held two-dimensional ultrasound and ABVS combined with UE.Results Of 93 breast lesions,41 were diagnosed as malignant lesions.ABVS combined with UE obtained higher diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity(91.4%,92.7% and 90.3% respectively) for malignant breast lesions compared with the traditional hand-held two-dimensional ultrasound(accuracy,sensitivity and specificity were 70.9%,70.7% and 71.1% respectively)(P<0.05).Conclusion For the diagnosis of space-occupying breast lesions,ABVS combined with UE can provide more information and more accurate results for clinical practice compared with the traditional hand-held two-dimensional ultrasound.
