摘 要: | 目的 探讨有创颅内压监测在半球性脑肿胀合并薄层硬膜下血肿术后的应用价值。方法 对26例半球性脑肿胀合并薄层硬膜下血肿术后应用有创颅内压监测的病例分别在预后、肾功能损害发生率方面与对照组进行对比分析。结果 有创颅内压监测组预后良好率34.6%,对照组预后良好率30.0%,二组间差异无统计学意义;监测组肾功能损害率26.9%,对照组肾功能损害率43.3%,二组间差异有统计学意义。同时我们观察到术后颅内压持续高于25mmHg的患者多数预后不良。结论 有创颅内压监测不能改善半球性脑肿胀合并薄层硬膜下血肿患者的预后,但可明显减少肾功能损害发生率,同时对患者预后判断有一定帮助。

Abstract: | Objective :To explore the application value of invasive intracranial pressure in cerebral hemisphere swelling associated with subdural hematoma after operation. MethodS:56 cases of hemisphere of brain swelling associated with subdural hematoma after operation application cases with invasive intracranial pressure monitoring, respectively in prognosis and renal function damage incidence were analyzed.Result : Invasive intracranial pressure monitoring group with good prognosis was 34.6%, control group with good prognosis was 30.0%, the difference between the two groups no significant; monitoring group, the renal function damage rate was 26.9%, the rate is 43.3% in the control group, the renal function damage, the differences between the two groups have statistical significance. Conclusion :Intracranial pressure monitoring does not improve hemispheric brain swelling associated with subdural hematoma prognosis, but can be significantly reduced renal function damage rate, and have some help on the prognosis of patients with the judgement. |
