正颌外科技术治疗牙颌面畸形的临床观察

目的：探讨各种先天和后天患者牙颌面畸形的诊断和正颌外科治疗方法。方法：利用影像学和模型外科技术，对牙颌面畸形分类诊断，选择正颌外科技术进行手术修复，恢复正常牙颌面关系和面部外形。结果：分析牙颌面畸形患者的影像学资料，明确诊断畸形类型，通过模型外科设计手术方案，进行正颌外科技术治疗，对比手术前后效果，手术安全，达到预期效果。结论：正颌和牵张成骨技术对牙颌面畸形的治疗十分有效。

A clinical observation of orthognathic surgery for dento-maxillofacial deformity

Object To explore the diagnosis of congenital and acquired dentofacial deformity and orthognathic surgical treatment methods. Method By using diagnostic imaging and model surgical techniques, to classify dentofacial deformity. Restoring the normal dentofacial relations and facial shape by orthognathic Surgery. Results Collecting Dentofacial deformity patients with 36 cases, clearing diagnosis of malformation type, and designing surgical program by the model Surgical mothod. Using the orthognathic Surgery treatment, and comparing the effect before and after surgery, the results showed the surgical is safe and achieved the expected effect. Conclusion Orthognathic and distraction osteogenesis is the most effective method of dentofacial deformity.
