早期下床活动对泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者快速康复的影响

【】 目的 探索和实践早期下床活动对泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者快速康复的影响。方法 对2015年1月至2015年12月124例在我科行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组62人,对照组采用常规围术期护理,实验组进行早期下床活动干预,术后记录患者下床活动情况,观察早期下床活动对患者进食时间、输液时间、术后住院时间、并发症、住院费用的影响。结果 实验组与对照组相比患者进食时间提前,输液时间、术后住院时间缩短,并发症减少,住院费用降低,以上指标两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者进行早期下床活动的护理干预可以减少术后住院时间,减少住院费用,促进患者快速康复。

Impact of early ambulation on fast track in patients undergoing urogenital laparoscopic surgeries

Objective: To investigate the effects of early ambulation on rapid recovery in patients undergoing urogenital laparoscopic surgeries. Methods: From Janurary 2015 to December 2015, 124 cases in our department of urology, who underwent urogenital laparoscopic surgery, were randomly divided into control and experimental groups, each group included 62 patients. For patients in the control group was taken conventional preoperative care. Meanwhile, early ambulation intervention was taken in the experimental group. Subsequently, ambulation was documented in both groups, as well as the effects of early ambulation on eating time, venous transfusion time, postoperative hospital stays, complications and hospitalization costs. Results Compared with the control group, the eating time, venous transfusion time, postoperative hospital stays, incidence of complications and hospitalization costs were significantly lower in the experimental group (P<0.05) Conclusion Nursing interventions with early ambulation in patients post urogenital laparoscopic surgeries can reduce postoperative hospital stays, hospitalization costs and promote rapid recovery.
