Utstein模式下心肺复苏仪对心搏骤停患者复苏的临床效果

目的 探讨Utstein模式下心肺复苏仪对心搏骤停患者复苏的临床效果.方法 将90例心搏骤停患者分为观察组和对照组,每组45例.观察组给予Utstien模式下的机械胸外按压+辅助/控制(A/C)模式机械通气,对照组给予人工胸外按压+A/C模式机械通气.比较两组自主循环恢复率、存活率、除颤次数,治疗前及治疗后24 h的血乳酸、血清B型钠尿肽(BNP)和心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)水平.结果 观察组自主循环恢复率和存活率均高于对照组,除颤次数低于对照组,治疗后24 h两组血乳酸、血清BNP、cTnI水平均较治疗前下降,且观察组低于对照组(P均<0.05).结论 Utstein模式下采用心肺复苏仪进行复苏可有效改善心搏骤停患者的通气,减轻心肌损伤,提高自主循环恢复率和存活率.

Clinical effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation instrument on recovery among patients with cardiac arrest in Utstein mode

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation instrument on recovery among patients with cardiac arrest in Utstein mode.Methods A total of 90 patients with cardiac arrest were divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was given mechanical chest compression in Utstein mode plus assist/control(A/C) mode mechanical ventilation,while the control group was given labor chest compression plus A/C mode mechanical ventilation.The spontaneous circulation recovery rate,survival rate,number of defibrillation,and the levels of blood lactic acid,serum B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP) and cardiac troponin I(cTnI) before and 24 hours after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher spontaneous circulation recovery rate and survival rate,and decreased number of defibrillation.The levels of blood lactic acid,serum BNP and cTnI decreased in both groups at 24 hours after treatment,which in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with cardiac arrest,application of cardiopulmonary resuscitation instrument to cardiopulmonary resuscitation in Utstein mode can effectively improve the ventilation,reduce myocardial injury,and improve the spontaneous circulation recovery rate and survival rate.
