高压氧综合疗法治疗突发性聋的疗效观察

目的：探讨高压氧综合疗法治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果,进一步规范临床治疗方案。方法：选取2012年2月～2014年11月于我院诊治的突发性耳聋患者共83例进行研究,随机原则分为研究组(42例)和对照组(41例),对照组实施常规药物治疗、研究组行高压氧联合药物综合治疗。对比两组听力变化情况,评定临床疗效。结果：研究组在治疗2疗程后,其低频听力较对照组提升更多(P＜0.05)；4疗程后,研究组低频、高频听力均较对照组提升更高(P＜0.05)；研究组与对照组治疗总有效率分别为77.41%和53.33%,研究组高于对照组(P＜0.05)；病程早期患者的总有效率较同组其他病程的总有效率更高,且高于同病程对照组(P＜0.05)。 结论：高压氧综合疗法对突发性耳聋患者的听力有明显改善作用,疗效显著,且发病早期治疗效果更好。

Effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on sudden deafness

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of sudden deafness, and further standardize the clinical treatment plan.Methods:83 cases ofSsudden deafness patients in our hospital from February 2012 to November 2014 were chosen.And they were randomly divided into study group (42 cases) and control group (41 cases).The control group was treated with routine drugs,comparing the two groups of hearing changes and evaluation of clinical efficacy. Results:After the treatment of 2 courses,the low frequency hearing in the study group was more than that in the control group (P < 0.05);After 4 courses of treatment, the study group of low frequency, high frequency hearing to enhance higher than in the control group (P > 0.05);the total effective rate of the study group and the control group were 77.41% and 53.33% respectively, and the study group was higher than the control group (P < 0.05);the total effective rate in the early stage of the patient was higher than the other patients in the same group,and higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of sudden deafness patients with significant improvement in hearing,curative effect is significant,and early treatment effect is more significant.
