旋转DSA三维重建技术在脑血管疾病诊断中的应用

目的探讨旋转DSA三维重建技术在脑血管疾病诊断中的价值。方法对40例疑有脑血管疾病的病人均在旋转DSA三维重建系统的操作床上行普通DSA,然后行旋转DSA三维重建成像处理,作出正确诊断。结果40例疑有脑血管疾病病人普通DSA检查阳性率为90.0%,旋转DSA三维处理后阳性率为95.0%。共确诊38例,其中脑动脉瘤25例,脑动静脉畸形9例,烟雾病2例,脑动静脉畸形伴脑动脉瘤2例。结论旋转DSA与普通DSA比较,能提高脑血管疾病的诊断率,对评价脑血管疾病的治疗有重要价值。

Application of three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography(DSA)in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases

Objective To evaluate the role of three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases. Methods Standard DSA and 3D DSA were performed in 40 patients suspected to have cerebrovascular diseases. The schemes of treatment were worked out according to the results of 3D DSA. Results Positive of standard DSA and 3D DSA were 90.0% and 95.0% respectively. The diagnosis was confirmed in 38 cases. Among all cases,the aneurysms in 25 cases; the arteriovenous malformation in 9 cases; the moyamoya in 2 cases; the arteriovenous malformation together with the aneurysms in 2 cases. Conclusion Compared with standard DSA , 3D DSA is of greater value in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases.
