| 摘 要： | 目的 观察川参通前列腺内注射主导的综合疗法治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的疗效.方法 回顾性分析308例Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者采用川参通前列腺内注射、心理及生活行为矫正、前列腺微波理疗及对症处理等综合疗法的疗效.疗效判定采用治疗前后NIH-CSPI评分的改变.结果 观察治疗8周,308例患者中治愈66例(21.42%),有效213例(69.16%),无效29例(9.42%).结论 川参通主导的综合治疗治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎方便、安全、有效.
