| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨了子宫内膜异位症患者治疗前后血清白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、白细胞介素-18（IL-18）和白细胞介素-1β水平的变化及临床意义。方法：应用放免法和酶联法对38例子宫内膜异位症患者进行了血清IL-6、IL-18和IL-1β检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果：在治疗前血清IL-6、IL-18和IL-1β水平均非常显著地高于正常人组（P〈0.01）,经治疗3个月后则与正常人组比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：检测子宫内膜异位症患者血清IL-6、IL-18和IL-1β水平的变化对探讨其发病机理、预防和指导临床用药均有重要的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of serum IL-6, IL- 18 and IL-1β levels after treatment in patients with endometriosis. Methods Serum IL-6 （with RIA） and IL - 18, IL-1β（with ELISA） levels were determined in 38 patients with endometriosis both before and after treatment as well as 35 controls. Results Before treatment, the serum IL-6, IL-18 and IL - 1β levels were significantly higher in the patients than those in controls （P〈0.01）. After treatment for 3 months, the levels in patients were not much different from those in controls （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Detection of serum IL-6, IL-18 and IL-1β levels might reflect the progress of diseases in patients with endometriosis. |
