股骨转子间骨折采用解剖型钢板内固定治疗的疗效观察

目的：探讨股骨转子间骨折应用解剖型钢板内固定治疗的价值。方法：回顾性分析69例股骨转子间骨折采用解剖型钢板内固定治疗的临床资料。结果：本组69例均治愈出院并获得随访,优35例、占50.72%,良31例、占44.93%,可3例、占4.35%,差0例,优良率为95.65%。骨折全部愈合,关节功能恢复较为满意。结论：采用解剖型钢板内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折,手术操作简便,固定牢靠,和传统的DHS、DCS、PFN内固定技术比较,出血量少,手术时间短,适合基层医院开展。

Treatment efficacy of the intertrochanteric femoral fracture with anatomic plate fixation

Objective：To discuss the value of intertrochanteric femoral fracture treatment with anatomic plate fixation.Methods：Retrospective analyzed 69 cases with intertrochanteric femoral fracture were treated by anatomic plate fixation.Results：69 cases of this group were cured and discharged,and were given follow-up,35 cases were better and for 50.72%,31 cases were good and for 44.93%%,3 cases were so-so and for 4.35%,and no cases were poor,the rate of ex cellent and good was 95.65%.All fracture healing,joint function recovery satisfaction.Conclusion：Using anatomical plate fixation to treat the intertrochanteric femoral fracture is simple,fixed solid,and traditional DHS,DCS,PFN fixation compar ison,less bleeding,shorter operative time,suitable for basic hospital.
