| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨各种肝病患者红细胞体积分布宽度的变化及其临床意义，方法：应用Ｋ－１０００型全自动血液分析仪测定１６２例肝癌患者红细胞体积分布宽度标准差（ＲＤＷ－ＳＤ＿）和红细胞体积分布宽度变异系数（ＲＤＷ－ＣＶ）。结果：表明慢性活动性肝炎组、肝硬变组和肝细胞肝癌（ＨＣＣ）组ＲＤＷ－ＳＤ和ＲＤＷ－ＣＶ值与正常对照组比较均升高（Ｐ〈０．０５）或Ｐ〈０．０２），升高程度依次为ＨＣＣ组〉肝硬变组〉慢活性肝活（Ｐ

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the changes and the clinical significance of Red Blood Cell Distribution Width (RDW) in a lot of kinds of liver diseases. Methods:162 cases of liver diseases were selected and their RDW SD and RDW CV were measured by a Auto Blood Analyzer (K 1000). Results:The RDW SD and RDW CV values in chronic active hepatitis, cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) were higher than that of the control subjects( P <0.05). The HCC showed the highest value in RDW SD and RDW CV, and then the cirrhosis and chronic active hepatitis. The advanced stage of HCC also showed a higher value of RDW SD and RDW CV as compared to that of other stages( P <0.05). Conclusion:The changes of RDW may reflect the situations of liver diseases. The RDW SD and RDW CV may act as a standard to judge the injure degree of liver function and to predict the HCC prognosis. |
