江苏口岸出入境人员艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为调查

〔目的〕通过调查了解出入境人员艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为的基本情况。〔方法〕对江苏口岸出入境人员采用现场问卷的方法进行调查,用SPSS软件分析数据。〔结果〕与出境人员相比,入境人员的艾滋病预防性知识水平更高,入境人员对艾滋病感染者和病人的态度持有更积极的态度,入境人员的行为更理性。〔结论〕江苏口岸出入境人员对艾滋病防治知识、对艾滋病感染者和病人的态度、行为方面还才存在着误区,检验检疫部门应针对不同对象实施有针对性的干预,加强宣传教育,并改变其高危行为,从而改进工作和服务质量,杜绝艾滋病在国境口岸的传播。

Survey on AIDS Correlations of Knowledge,Attitude and Practice among Entry-exit Personnel at Jiangsu Port

Objective To evaluate AIDS knowledge,attitude and behavior among entry-exit personnels.Method A questionnaire survey was employed among entry-exit personnels at Jiangsu port,and the data were analyzed with SPSS.Result Comparing with exit personnels,entry personnels had good AIDS related knowledge,more positive attitude and a rational behavior.Conclusion There also exists some misunderstanding about the AIDS knowledge,attitude and behavior among entry-exit personnels at Jiangsu port.It is necessary to develop extensive education of HIV/AIDS and to take different effective interventions at different type groups,and to change their high risk behavior.According to the characteristics of labors and the homosexual groups.Efficient work should be done in AIDS prevention and health education.
